Hello!

The location of the apartman is exellent, it is situated in the real center of Split! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the furniture is modern.
I can suggest this accommodation for everybody!

In September my husband and I stayed for 3 nights in Apartment prop. ref 100. It was a beautifully renovated apartment in a very conveniently located residential area of Split. a short walk from the center of town, up a narrow walking street with many good restaurants. It was a beautiful apt with modern kitchen and bathroom all the conveniences of home. I would highly recommend it

The studio apartment in Split was lovely, spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful with all our queries. The unfortunate thing about the location was that is was beside a disco bar and if you are a light sleeper then there is a problem, if not the apartment is fab.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying with Niksa in one of his rooms at prop. ref 110. Niksa is a fantastic and enthusiastic host and a truly memorable person. The room we stayed in was compact, very modern, perfectly cleaned and in a nice quiet area 5 minutes walk away from the town centre. If we go back we will stay with Niksa for sure. Highly adviceable for everything from a romantic weekend for two to a business conference! We were 15 persons on a kick off to Split. Niksa's helpfulness, flexibility and knowledge was impressive. He helped us with charming apartments, meeting room and restaurant recommendations. So much cheaper and better than putting the group in a business hotel.

The Split apartment is in a great location, just at the end of the Riva
making all the great sights very easy to see. Unfortunately, despite having
paid a deposit, they had allowed the previous renters to stay longer so hot
and exhausted after a difficult travel day, we had to wait several hours
until they could kick them out and clean the apartment. The owners were very
apologetic and allowed us to leave our bags in their home while we waited,
but it was a major inconvenience. So be sure to contact them and verify that
the apartment will be ready.
Other than that, it's a nice apartment, though it could use a better shower
stall. The flimsy shower curtain made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry.
But the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, nice to have a kitchen,
and you can't beat the location. So it was a good value despite the

We had a marvelous stay in Split and we found "NIKSA's" Property excellent and well priced.
We stayed in Property 111 - 02-04 September , which has a separate large living area - for us this worked very well. However, we also saw the bedrooms only and they were all beautifully presented. The only suggestion would be to provide more closet/hanging space.
Situated in a very convenient and accessible part of the old city this old stone building of 4 levels has been completely renovated. It has all the comforts of modern life but keeping with the atmosphere of the old architecture. Nicely decorated and prestine presentation.
For this type of accommodation, we don't think there are many others of the same standard in the area.
The owner, Nick, is a character who will also keep you entertained whenever you bump into him.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apt 124 was clean, good location, well equipped and just what we were looking for.I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I was very satisfied all the way. Immediate answers, and after reservation direkt kontakt with owner/hostess Javorka, who was a very nice person, writing and speaking very good english, and she kept contakt by sms upon my arrival and met me at busstation in Split. I was impressed!The apartment was very nice,clean and well equipped. The only negative thing I could think of was that the photo of the view was a bit misleading, as it makes you think it´s the direkt view from the apartment...

My friend and I were delighted with the apartment, both because of the fine decoration and excellent location. The proprietor, Niksa, was very welcoming and we appreciated the opportunity to view the rest of the house and the view on the upper balcony. It was very safe and clean and the price reasonable. Had we been in Split longer, we would have enjoyed walking on Marjan Hill (I believe that's the name for the city park but perhaps I am mixing up my cities) but there wasn't much time to explore the city beyond Diocletian's Palace given the ferry schedule and the time it took to get checked in/get settled at the apartment. It would have been nice if we could have arranged to meet Niksa at the ferry upon arrival rather than trying to call, but thankfully my friend had a cellphone that worked overseas. There weren't any payphones to be found in the area so that was a lucky break. I was also wondering whether the rental agency had a way for other apartment renters to meet each other (again would be great if we had more time in each location) so that we could check out local restaurants and sights together without a formal tour group. So, please consider establishing some sort of electronic message board for your customers to make this possible. Thanks!

Thank you for your hospitality in Split. We found both apartments to be of a high standard - very clean, comfortable and well located. We also found the city to very hospitable, vibrant and picturesque.
I will certainly recommend your sight to my friends. We will also have to look into entering Picigin team for the international Championship next year and maybe look into chartering a boat with a load of local tarts.

We had the pleasure of staying at Apartment 099 from Sept.2-4 We were a group of 6 friends travelling from Australia and we found the location inside the old city to be extremely convenient and good value for money. The thermostat was not working in the hot water system so we had to put up with a tepid shower for the duration of our stay.

An agent was there to greet us when we arrived to provide us with our apartment keys, which was most appreciated as we arrived late in the evening and would have found it difficult to find the apartment without assistance. The apartment is located next to a bar which is very noisy well into the early hours of the morning however we managed to sleep through this noise as we were very tired. I don't think this location would be suitable though for a young family.

Regardless of this, I would recommend the apartment to others.

We had the pleasure of staying at Apartment 099 from Sept.15-17

We are a group of 5 friends and we found the location and cost to be effective and convenient.

An agent was there to greet us when we arrived to provide us with our apartment keys, however I would suggest an alternative to text messaging our arrival as it was quite expensive to communicate in that format. In addition, because we were located in the old city, our apartment was right beside a bar which was loud at night.

Regardless of this, I would recommend the apartment to others.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at prop. 110

We really enjoyed our stay! Niko is a delightful man and gave us a very warm welcome. He was helpful, flexible and very friendly.

The house is in an ideal location. We stayed in 2 rooms on 2 separate nights and both were meticulously clean, nicely renovated (great water pressure!), tastefully decorated, with firm, comfortable beds. I liked his balcony on the top floor...nice way to get fresh air!

We will gladly stay with Niksa again for future visits, and will recommend him to any family or friends travelling to or through Split.

As for any recommendations or critiques, I have only a few:
--Offer a hotel-sized bar of soap for the shower. We did not bring any soap (quite common for travelers, at least in the US) and ended up using the pump hand soap, which was certainly wasteful.
--The shower on our 2nd night (room 1, I believe?) had a very slow drain. Likely an easy fix, but Niko should address it to avoid problems.
--We turned the TV on in that same room (room 1), and the TV was way too high on the wall to watch in bed. The picture cannot be viewed from that angle, b/c that kind of TV you have to view straight on to see the images (I think the only kind of TV in which you can watch from any angle and still see the picture is plasma)

The self catering aparment was very clean and tidy and very well located close to buses, taxis and and the happening end of Split. The owner, Anna, showed us where the main attractions could be found in Split and was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in late August renting an apartment (Property Ref: 110). Niksa was kind enough to pick our party of 4 up from the Split airport, and gave us very interesting background on the history, architecture, and current economic climate of Split, which was a real treat to get the insider's glance of the town's history. Split charmed us, and as predicted by Niksa, we will certainly have to spend more time there upon our return.

Appartment very well located in the centre of Split. Very nice appartment, well decorated, very charming and also clean. The only inconvenient (for us) was the noise at night from the streets downstairs (bars, pubs, loud music).

Thanks very much to Ana Bura for a great 2 night stay in her apartment in Split ( property ref 059). Its in the perfect location on Sperun Street just a few minutes walk from the old centre of Split on a quiet cobbled street. By the way Split is fairly small so nowhere is very far away. The apartment is over three floors and the attention to detail in its decor is very impressive. Couldnt have asked for more, Split is great for a short stay, ideal! Thanks Ana.

Me and my boyfriend booked the apartment near the main shopping street "Marmontova" of Split and situated above some nice restaurants and cafes. We mainly liked it because it was very clean and proper and also arranged by someone (Ivana - the owner) with a very good taste. Ivana also gave us helpful information about Split (shopping, eating...) and some advice where to travel to. We can really recommend this place for a longer stay.

We were lodged two days in the apartment 075 of Split, the stay was a marvel, very clean, cozy, new and very central apartment. The only thing that it might improve is that in the mornings it is too luminous, for the rest, very advisably for the one who wants to visit Split and his surroundings.

We rented 2 rooms in property #110. It is a new house. The location was very good, close to the D. palace and quiet at night. The rooms were small for the price but they were new and modern.
The team at Split Apartment was very responsible.

We booked property 108 through this website. The place we stayed was great - clean, tidy, finished to a high standard and in a great location for discovering the city. The guy that owned the apartment was very friendly and laid back. We were made to feel really welcome. He also offered advice of where to eat and drink in Split. We would derfinatly recommend property 108.

It was at an old-about-to-collapse building, but the apartment on the top floor was really well set.
Very comfortable, very close to the historical center, small kitchen...

A well presented apartment in a relatively quiet part of Split. A short walk into Split centre. Useful parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Myself and my children recently travelled to Split where we spent a week in an apartment just outside the palace. The location was ideal for town and beach and Niksa and Igor could not have been more helpful. A great place to stay and I will be recommending your service to all of my friends!!

Niksa was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment at a great price and on such short notice. Really enjoyed our stay here. If I were going back, I would definitely use this agency again and would recommed it to everyone.

Niksa was amazing at helping me find an apartment (at very late notice) for 3 nights in August. We ended up staying in Apartment Julia which is just outside of town but is very easy to walk in or get a bus. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is a very nice beach which is mainly visited by locals which is really nice.
The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. The owners were very nice and really helped us settle in and helped with things like taxi's etc.

Was met on the promenade by Lidia and Nik who led us to the apartment. They were very friendly and helpful. The apartmewnt was in a fantastic location though it was surrounded by cocktail bars, so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. We didn't have any problems there and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is as shown in the photo. It is very comfortable, nice, clean and very well located. Ideal to spend all your time.
Niksa is charming and gives you all the facilities.

This apartment is in the best location in Split and the terrace is fabulous. It is a cute place - and is clean. The owners are generous - they left us about 5 clean towels for the week. Internet was free.

The owner (Mario) was extremely friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Mario provided us with helpful recommendations of where to eat and what to do in Split. Our apartment had all that we needed - double bed, fridge and freezer, air-con, free wifi(!!) and close proximity to the old town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Split.

We stayed in Prop. Ref 059 which was a split level one bed apartment. It was very easy walking distance to everything and was a lovely modern apartment. Our host was very friendly and helpful and we found booking through the website very easy and convenient. It would be easier to have the option to pay all upfront, not just the deposit though.

Our family stayed in a very centrally located apartment which suited our needs perfectly.
Clean, and right near a fruit and vegetable market, the 3 bedroom apartment served us well. In addition, the owner, Zelico, was very friendly and helpful.

We spent 7 nights in a nice apartment with very friendly and helpful host Igor. The location was perfect: calm neighbourhood, short walk to everything. Apartment is brand new, very well designed and decorated. We missed only Internet. And special thanks for guys from agency who recommended it for us. The house is small but very comfortable. Everything is clean and location is increble. There are a spermarket and bakery almost next door. I recomend to stay this house!!!!

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days and found that it was well- equipped, clean and comfortable. Mario, our landlord has his Jewelry shop on the first floor of the building and was always willing to take time from his busy day to address our concerns and answer our questions. At the start we had some difficulties connecting with the Internet. Mario helped us with our problem and after that the Internet was fast and reliable - more so than any other place we stayed in Europe.

We had a two bedroom apartment for three nights. My wife and I and our two children had a wonderful and memorable experience.

We had really great experience during our holidays in Split in this app. Sinisa and Mirijan are amazing hosts, they were always there when we need a help. Appartment has great location right in the city center, in front of the green market, few steps from harbor, old city, etc.

Thanks to Sinisa's help I also passed (not really planned) skipper licence which allowed us to spend one beautiful day on the boat.

I really recomend this stay. The owner was really nice to us, since the biginning. Everything realy clean, the internet is fast, we had a realy gret night.

I frequently rent at Niksa, his service is extraordinary good and he always finds the right place for me to stay. A real good customer experince.

Comfortable, enough space, well equipped and an excellent location. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They helped carry the luggage up the 4 floors! Then it's just a short stroll to that fantastic waterfront and Diocletian's Palace. Would definitely return.

My friend and I had a lovely time in our sobe in Split. The location was perfect -- right in the heart of the Old City. The apartment was spotless and very charmingly decorated. We stayed for only one night, but if we had stayed longer, we definitely would have made use of all the amenities (refrigerator, stove, dishware, etc.). Fast wireless a HUGE plus.

Having stayed in a few locations throughout Croatia this apartment was by far the best. It was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibley need. Dear Niksa we had a very good time in Split and found your one bed apartment to be exactly what we required: well equipped, good location and quiet at night. I think, however, that it would be better if the apartment had twin beds which would allow more flexibility for a variety of guests - they could be pushed together for a double. We would use your agency if we returned to Split as we surely will when we plan our next vacation to explore northern Croatia and Istria. We enjoyed watching the picigini (?)game at the 'Crab' bar you recommended.

We stayed 7 days in Niksa's apartment beside the hospital and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was fantastic. . Sitting on the balkony in the evenings was very romantic. Dear Niksa, the apartment we rented in Split was very comfortable, functional and superbly positioned for us. The outside of the building can hardly be described as attractive but our little apartment on the side of the building was quaint. Julia Rabadan, the owner, who met us at the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

At very short notice, because of volcanic ash causing airports to close, we spent an extra week staying in Croatia. Niksa found us a lovely apartment in a 200-year old house in the beautiful old town.
Irina, the owner, had made it very homely and for €65 per night it was a great deal.
Niksa was very friendly and a bit of a historian too for anyone interested in this gorgeous country.

We were staying In Apartment 002 for 3 nights with our two children and were very pleased and satisfied with the apartment and the location, a beautiful walk to the city center, 60 EUR for a 2 bedroom spacious,modern apartment was a good deal.

We rented the flat for 2 nights and were really happy about it!
the only 2 downpoint are:
* located on the first floor, over busy cafes, therefore tends to be noisy in the evening when people are our havign drinks on the terrasse ... although that' part of the charm of the place, and the whole point when staying in teh old town.
* Although the street was easy to find, finding No 4 is not as it holds no visible sign from the street (and located being and arch at the other end of the square), but that's being extremely picky...
Overall: very much enjoyed the stay, the place was very clean and felt "homely" at the same time. The owners are very friendly and I I would definitively stay there again!

Stayed in apartment end of July, found them to be comfortable, clean and ideally located. Check in was easy, Damir contacted us couple of days before our trip to clarify details, and let us drop off our bags before check in at 1 o'clock. We are a family of four and booked a 3 bed apartment.

I spend with my wife extended weekend in Split and we really enjoyed every second of it. We were greeted at reception by friendly staff who showed us nearby attritions and recommended public transportation. We took breakfast at the nearby restaurant and it was delicious, also room services was quick and enjoyable.

We chose an apartment via this agency for a weekend break in Split. The position proved to be excellent as the bus for the airport is a few steps away.
We had to phone the company on arrival for them to send someone to meet us at the apartment. The cleaner phoned up the company and let us in to the apartment so we didn't have to wait outside. We were happy with the way they dealt with it.

The flat had everything we could need including a full size fridge and a washing machine/drier (so people could stay longer and not need to pack too many things).
It also had air conditioning which is so useful.
The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels for everyone. Best of all was having 2 bathrooms we didn't have any fights for possession in the mornings!
There are cafes and shops nearby and the buses/metro made it easy to do anything we wanted.

Loved our stay. Arrived early and they sent two people in to get it ready in 15 minutes while the owner told us what we should see in half a day and how to get there. Next morning made breakfast with the free eggs, cheese and milk in fridge. Then owner sat down outside with us, while a pair..

Excellent location in a quiet residential area of Split. Beautiful garden. Niksa and his wife ensured to educate us on Split history, great restaurants in the vicinity..looking forward...

Split Apartments provided us with a very charming studio ,beautifully appointed and clean with heaps of natural light and quirky views of old tiled rooftops.
They also left us lots of information about great places to eat (sampled and approved), fascinating places to visit and outdoor activities locally and in a nearby national park. Niksa was a pleasure to deal with and he offers other apartments in the same area. We were so glad we stayed with Split Apartments as our first week in Croatia. I would recommend this agency to travelers of all age groups as Niksa goes to great lengths to make your stay memorable.

This was a beautiful, very comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Split. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this apartment more highly. I didn't want to leave!

We stayed in ref #156 apartment. This is lovely spacious, very well equipped and has brilliant views. Its right in the centre of Split so you can walk everywhere, you do need to be fairly fit though lots of steps. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped. the wi-fi is very fast. ....

We had a very good stay in Split in two excellent apartments. High standard. The staff at the memento agency administering the apartments were very helpful and friendly. They arranged transfers, finding apartments and arranged for sailboat hire. Highly recommended.

This apartment is absolutely charming, located right in the middle of the Diocletian Palace, it is the perfect accomodation. Comfortably sleeps three people, with nice and clean amentities including: functional kitchen, dinning room and bathroom. I would highly recommend renting apartment Lavanda - Prop. Ref. - 087. The centrally located apartment was beautiful with hardwood, exposed stone walls, modern and extremely clean. The owner, Kristina, was lovely and answered all correspondence promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Split and hope to return.

We stayed in two apartments that Niksa has arranged for us- both were great in terms of location, value and contact with owners who provided us with lots of information.Even the young fellow who drove us back to the airport was good company. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely book through this agency again!

We rented a 3 room apartment just outside the city centre for ourselves and our two children. The apartment was nice, clean, very spacious with a nice balcony and with all nessesary modern requirements. The town is beautifull, the local beaches are nice and fun and very close to the apartment. We can easily reccomend staying in Niksas apartment.

Staff was very nice and gave useful tips! The house is great and is very quiet (you can sleep with open window!). Everything is very clean and functional. We were 6 , there was a little bit tight family from Germany

It has all worked very well and we liked our stay very much. The only thing we missed is a hook or bars in the home (especially in the bathroom), to hang towels etc.

We stayed 2 nights at apartment 510. It's a great place place, and the hosts are very nice. The apartment is lovely, with a nice terrace, in a splendid and quiet neighborhood, 15 mins walking from the old city and 5 mins from the beach. Also don't forget to visit the Mestrovic Gallery, a superb museum about the most famous croatian artist, just 10 mins walking distance.

we was in the apartment some days ago; it has a very good position in the old city center and it overlooks the heart of Split's cultural initiatives.

Tanja let us stay in her lovely flat in June and we were delighted... it was fairly cheap, so we weren't expecting too much - but it turned out to be great. Everything is well proportioned and absolutely no criticism, in fact only things to praise, including the terrace.

Tanja made it very easy to check in and out too... you'll find her very friendly.

One review described the apartment (169) we rented as "Ikea in Split", and it is true that the studio apartment's decor was that. However, it was clean, and well designed, and had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. There is no view from any of the 3 windows, but there is also no noise. The moment you walk out the door, you are in the middle of everything. The apartment was one of the few we rented that had reading lamps on both sides of the bed, a very nice touch. Niksa and his crew were excellent with communication, and I would recommend his site. I would also recommend this particular apartment if your main desire is for a quiet haven.

If u visit Split, I highly recommend to u memento agency. This agency will lead u to your accommodations in every part of Split. With the kindness and professional level on which I was served during my stay in Split on Pjaca apartment in March, they get big fan in accommodation securing for the next visit!!

Our apartment was very nice, had every thing we required and was cleaned twice in the 10 days we were there. Jokivic and his family were very helpful but not intrusive. The location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend not only this Appartment but a holiday at the Split, unfortunately we did not see any other part of Croatia because of what a hidden treasure the Split is!

The apartment is lovely and quiet but is in a fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to the hussle and bustle of the tourist area of split.
The apartment has all the comforts of home and the owners are very helpful. There is a supermarket 100 metres away for your daily supplies.

Property ref 292 - it was excellent - very comfortable and closse to the town centre. Good value!

The apartment we stayed in was of poor maintenance. Shower holder broken, bath broken, no ironing board. No power point in kitchen for kettle.
We were very disappointed and would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I would use the service for booking. Next time I would ask more questions regarding the apartment. The owner of the apartment was not around and there was no one to fix these problems. We booked this apartment for nearly 2 weeks and for the cost the value was not there. Very disappointed.

Very nice apartment. We were 6 persons, and there for plenty of room for us. Air conditioning was a lovely relief from the heat outside and there was internet too. The aparment is a very short walk away from the old town. Also the service by split apartments was great!

The apartment was large, with a lot of light. The kitchen was nice with a good eating area. At first we where met with a frindly welcome.

Later we had to complain because the drains, both in the tub and in the kitchen was clogged. In addition to this the television did not work and to top it all the floor was full of ants(!). The battery for the aircondition-remote was flat.

We complained but dit not get much understanding. The owners daughter (who met us) said that all of this was normal in Croatia. After arguing a bit we got 10 euro of per night.

All in all disapointing.

One other thing.
I also had to walk for 15 minutes to get the baby cot, but this is www.split-apartment.com's fault not the owners.

Great apartment. Within a 5 min walk to town and 5-10 mins walk to the ferries.

Apartment building not the prettiest but street is quiet and felt safe.

Apartment was clean and nice. We used the living room as a third bedroom. The air conditioner was located in the hallway so we had to keep our bedroom doors open at night. The kitchen had the basic utensils to cook light meals. Used the washer several times without any issues.

We also used the car service to get picked up and dropped off at the airport. Safe and courteous driver

We would like to express our gratitude for the chance to stay in a beautiful San Giovanni apartment in the heart of Split's old town.
The apartment is newly renovated to the highest of standards. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. We also liked the fact that life is buzzing around you, when you step outside the apartment building.
Finally we wanted to thank Niksa and his real estate agency as well as owners of the apartment Mirela and Edita for the wonderful time we were able to enjoy in Split.

It was a very comfortable and cool house even it is hot outside it is also in the centre and close to many famous shops but a bit far from bacvice beach (25 mminutes on foot) we liked it a lot.
P.S: dont forget to go to the agency first otherwise you cant find anybody to get the key

Wonderful apartment right next to Diocletian's Palace. Old building tastefully refurbished in modern style with all the mod-cons and then some more. Comprehensive orientation lecture by helpful owner with vital do's & don'ts and how-to's for the town.

Highly recommended and worth the price.

We rented property ref 170 - a studio apartment for 3 nights (Thursday to Saturday inclusive). The location in regards to Old Town was fine. But the apartment is at the back of a bar (Pub Gaga?)where loud music was played till at least 1.00am each night. Plus I suspect old water pipes were outside our bedroom wall and this also added to the nightly noise.
Would like to have seen complimentary tea or coffee provided. Also had to ask for bathroom towels and I did not see any washing machine as notated on the website for this property. Overall a bit disappointing

Property 339 I would recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in split.
Location is amazing, walking distance to everything.
The apartment is very clean, and cute for a 2 people size it's very boutique and stylish . BONUS air-conditioning!
Last but not least everyone who worked for villa split were very nice and helpful best service we received in the whole of Croatia.

Apartment 099. Large flat in excellent location within city walls. Good facilities such as well equipped kitchen and washing machine but flat a little scruffy, reception area very dark and not useable and cleaning not of a good standard.

Property 339. We were really pleased with our appartment! It was well located, very clean and spacious. The owners were very nice and also very helpful!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was nice and quiet. It is very suitable for 2 adults or a small family. The owner was very helpful. Supermarkets were nearby as well an excellent beach of Marjan. Wifi did not work but eventually we did not mind. More important was air conditioning because it was extremely hot. And it worked perfectly.

So we are very satisfied for the service of Split Apartments. Maybe next year again

Apt. 271 was nice and clean, the owner friendly and everything that was said to be included was there and worked perfectly. The neighborhood is calm even though it's only a 5 min walk from the centre. It's also only a short distance away from the beautiful Marjan hill. I'd stay here again!

Everything about the Split Stone House was perfect. It was extremely clean and well decorated and everything worked properly (a/c, plumbing...). The location was ideal, a few minutes from Diocletian's Palace. We are a family who are hard to please and we would love to stay there again!!!

Neat and clean. A short walk from the palace in a quiet area not far from the zoo. Parking is a challenge as there is only on the street parking. The facility address could not be found on our GPS but the owner was kind and we called with our location and he met us. The apartment had a nice little covered porch clean bathroom updated kitchen with all that one might need to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioners were quiet and cooled off the apartment within a few minutes. The only problem was the smell of cigarette smoke (we are nonsmokers)they did have an airfreshener but when you first came in from outside it was very noticeable evan after leaving windows and doors open.

This was a lovely apartment, which is newly renovated, and well located close to the Palace. We stayed on two separate occasions and were very comfortable. The agency also fetched us from the airport, which was very convenient. The owner was hospitable and helpful. Would recommend.

We stayed at Apt 324 on two occasions and had an excellent stay. It is modern (newly renovated) and clean. It is also close to the Palace (10 min walk), small grocery store etc. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. Would recommend.

great apartment (214) in very central location, friendly owner - no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

We stopped by the office in downtown Split on a whim, to see if we could find a decent place to stay overnight. We were offered a nice appartment for three. We went ahead and made the reservation. The next day, we met the owner of the apartment- and it was exactly as described. Close to the beach and well appointed. It had everything, from WIFI to condiments for food. The owner was super nice and accomodating to our needs. I recommend this service and will use it again next time we go to Split!

Me and my girlfriend stayed 10 nights and we were satisfied about the apartment. It's in a nice location near old town with small market, bakery and decent pizzeria right around the corner. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Apartment was nicely equipped and served well our purposes.

When getting there it might be a good idea to have the location printed out from google.maps for example. Helps taxi driver or you to locate the place as street is quite small.

Mu girlfriend and I (30 both) spent three days at the ref. 296. The apartment is exactly as you see it at the photos - that is, beauuuutiful! It's located as close as it can get to the diocletian palace without being inside . It's spaceous, full of light and it has the best bed we found throughout the whole country. The only possible drawback is that the building hosts the liveliest (and lastest to close) bar in the whole town, but if you are keen to party it's definitely the place to stay!!!

We stayed at the place on Sperun for two nights. The place is small, but cute and clean. The location can not be any better-right on the Riva and a two minute walk to the "center".

The owners met us on time to "check in and out".

Only had one issue-the A/C did not work properly and he got quite hot in the flat.

This apartment was perfect for us as a couple. The location is just right with all the services and sights close by. It is surrounded by good local restaurants we found to our delight. We would highly recommend to the apartment to friends and others considering a visit to Split - which is a wonderful city full of interest and enjoyment. We will also be seeking to use it again should we ever be lucky enough to tread here again.
We arrived late and Francesca and her daughter Doria picked us up from the ferry terminal. Had we had prior directions we would have easily been able to make our own way to the apartment.
Any matters we needed were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Francesca.

The apartment (no. 222) was in a good location, quite central. We used the transfer service as we arrived late at night, though there are cheaper ways. The private owner met us there. The apartment was not very clean, mostly just dust rather than dirt. The mattress needs replacing as it was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. There is a very small balcony but not big enough to sit on. There was a washing machine though, which was very useful.

I rented this apartment in the heart of Split for 2 days in the end of April' Me and my family had a very nice time there. The apartment is great. Not very big, but acomodated everybody nicely. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, everything has good quality. Location is perfect, despite the fact that the closest parking place available is 200m away. The owners were amazing and very concerned about the guest's well being. We had some troubles with neighbours making noise at night, I called the owners and they intervened VERY quickly. In 20 minutes the owner's lovely daughter was there to discuss with the neighbours and convinced to stop what they were doing. It seemed that we had bad luck that those guys decided to make noise that specific night. The other night was calm and silent. Another thing about the owner: she waited for me in the arrival, helped me to find a suitable parking place and also helped me to carry the luggage up to the apartment! Price was very good too. If I have the chance to go to Split again I'll definetely book this apartment. Recomended.

Frankica was a wonderful host. Her apartment is just right off the Riva and near 2 of tripadvisors top restaurants in Split and a grocery store.

The apartment was clean and modern. There is no washer here but the apartment is right next to the Modrulj laundromat so you can wash your clothes there. The next time I am in Split I would come back here.

Had a great time in Split staying in a great three bed apartment, about a 5 min walk from the centre of town, 10 mins to the water front. The apartment was large, and well furnished, with an open plan living room and kitchen to one side. I would definitely look to rent this apartment again when in Split.

Apartman je bio odlican, zaista nam se svidio. Od smjestaja u centru, do samog izgleda apartmana. (Skoro sam Vam odnijela one predivne stajace lampe ). U apartmanu ima dovoljno mjesta za sve. Nije guzva ako netko kuha i mota se po "kuhinjskom" dijelu apartmana.
Jedina mala zamjerka je sto krevet silno skripi, i cim se netko od nas pomakne, ovaj drugi se probudi. No, s druge strane, madrac je bio izuzetno udoban i zaista se moze dobro naspavati.
U ormarima je bilo dovoljno mjesta za sve i izuzetno smo bili zadovoljni kad smo vidjeli da u sobi postoji sef. Odlicno je i sto ste u apartman stavili sve moguce da se stranci sto bolje snadju: od karata grada ST, do info knjizica sa svim mjestima koji goste mogu zanimati.
Zaista smo zadovoljni svime i rado cemo doci opet kad nam to posao

From the beginning, split-apartment was very quick to reply to my request. Apt #170 was right in old town. Very convenient to train station and bus station. Apt was exactly like the pictures shown. Couldn't be much happier. Will definite use them again when I visit Split.

We stayed in apartment Ref 260 on Mosorska street and can highly recommend this accommodation!! A brand new apartment, complete with all ammenities including free wi-fi. Only a very short walk into the old city and all that Split has to offer. The owner Vedrun was incredibly friendly and very welcoming, offering local advice and good chat. There is a beautiful private balcony outside to enjoy the outdoors, plus air con and good kitchen. A+!

We stayed at apartment 110 for three nights during a trip across Croatia. We booked it because of the excellent location, right near to/in the old town, yet really quite at night. The room itself was a good mixture of traditional and modern and was very clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows provided were memory foam, which made for a very comfortable nights sleep. There was a little terrace on the next floor up for the use of all guests but we didn't realise this until the day we were leaving! Niksa the owner is a character - a really lovely man, who is very friendly, helpful and engaging. He was very welcoming and provided fresh fruits, juices, a variety of teas and an expresso coffee machine for guests to use free of charge from 7am to 8pm in the communal breakfast area downstairs. If you are staying in Split in would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We stayed at the Split luxury apartments unfortunately for only one night..we got a bit lost..but we met up with our host who graciously walked us through the beautiful old town to our apartment..the apartment was awesome..Clean, great location and for the price was perfect..I wish we could have stayed longer..loved it and highly recommend for anyone...great great great

I was very pleased with the conditions found in this apartment, the owner is a sweet young lady who does not live far away and was at our disposal when needed. The appartement is in the very heart of Split, 5 minute walk to the sea and the Deoclitian palace. It as small and cosy and very well equipped, having its own private parking space which is a must if you are travelling by car. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Split

El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia corta, es un solo espacio no muy grande pero es muy cómodo y bonito. La situación es inmejorable ya que está a dos pasos del centro histórico. Si se va en coche es muy importante acordar con los propietarios el derecho a parking ya que solo tienen una plaza y creo que alquilan dos apartamentos. En general en Croacia aparcar siempre es de pago y a veces es muy difícil o imposible cuando estas tan cerca del centro.

Definately only suitable for a couple and not four as we were led to believe - whilst there was a comfortable couch bed, this was in the same small room and you would need to be on very intimate terms with the other couple to be comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Split, and especially enjoyed our accommodations at property 048, which is in a great location just off the main square. We were met at the airport by Peter, who escorted us right to the hotel in the city centre. I am sure we would have been lost without his assistance! Our suite was beautifully refurbished, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was excellent.

I was very disappointed to be told that a pipe had burst in the apartment I was supposed to rent, and that I would have to take another apartment. I was first shown a first floor apartment that was very shabby and small, with windows that provided open access. As a single woman traveling alone, I had carefully selected an apartment based on location. In addition, this apartment was not located anywhere near the other apartment which had easy access to the buses and ferries. I did not accept this apartment and was then shown another apartment on the second floor. It was much better than the one on the first floor, though it was not furnished very well. The kitchen was barely useable for cooking. Most people renting an apartment would like to be able to have a meal "at home". A coffee pot, a sharp knife, a measuring cup, and dish soap would be useful. It would also be nice to have an alarm clock in the apartment, as there was no way to know the time of day or awaken in the mornings. The apartment was 30 euros/night more than the one I rented in Dubrovnik, yet it was only one bedroom, compared to two, and was not furnished nearly as well. It was very disappointing.

hi my wife and i had a fabulous time in split staying in the old part of town. we were close to everything and our studio apartment couldn't be in the most central part of town. it was basic but it had everything flat screen TV with sat TV,aircon and wireless internet.what more could you ask for.thanks i will recommend you to my friends...calvin and cathy from down under NZ & Aust...

Your choice of apartments is very important and the one we used was very nice.

Negatives first - was not provided with an address for the property, only an indication of the area it was in. I rang the number on the confirmation to be told that as the guy wasn't in the office he couldn't give me the address... Luckily the local residents were all helpful and in the end we found the owners of the apartment we were staying in.

Apartment is in a very good location, very close to the main centre area. It was comfortable inside, with everything we needed. The cooker wasn't very good - took a long time to fry food, but was adequate.

Overall, good accommodation.

We went in this apartment and when we arrived there, it is all cleaned! The apartment is very little, but it is beautiful and in the very center of Split. Great experience!!

Julianas apartment in Split is wonderful. Newly renovated, with aircondition, a high volume of TV chanels, internet, a great kitchen equipment and very nice and fresh bedrooms. It is very close to the city center, perfect location, the only issue might be to find a parking easily, however, you always end up finding one. Juliana and her husband are great and easy going. I would visit their apartment again if I come back to Split.

Only one minor thing to complain about. The garden, and the entrance to the apartment is very dirty and unpleasant.

The houve we've rent was great, very clean and in good conditions. The only constraint was the hot water to take shower (there's a limit, so in many people you need to control that), but except for that, everything was perfect! Very close to the center and calm at night to rest.

We spent three wonderful days in this apartment in split. The owner are really kind and always at your disposal. The place is superb. Dining at the patio is a gorgeous experience.
I'm sure I will recomend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Split.

We rented an apartment for a week's holiday in Croatia. I sent the agency many e-mails to which they responded very quickly and in a friendly way. Everything went smoothly; we picked up the keys and the apartment owner helped us decide what to do on our holiday. The apartment resembled the pictures, there was no unpleasant surprises when we got there. We got what we wanted. Only thing that was trouble was when we had to leave very early in the morning and the person that came to pick up to keys was late and we missed our bus.

The apartment in Split was very nice, good value for money and very well located.
The owners were friendly and looked after us nicely.

We had a very nice stay at Property #230 in Split and recommend it to others. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He even allowed us to pick grapefruit and tomatoes from his garden.

The apt is outside of the Diocletian palace but in a real local neighborhood and only 10-15 minute walk away from the old town. There are also beautiful beaches near the apartment. The place is just steps away from a supermarket, a bakery, and a fresh fruit stand.

We had a fine time and we enjoyed our staying there. The apartment was great.
We'll return there.

4 of us came from the USA and stayed in August . The apartment is of a nice size, extremely well furnished, full kitchen, and the location is excellent, walking to the pebble beach with crystal clear water. Supermarkets in the walking distance. We even walked to the center of Split. The owners are very friendly and care about their guests. If you want to see all the smaller towns south and north of Split you need a car or can take the public transportation. Parking is plenty and free. Ideal place for 4 people. I have to say, that while you at Split Apartments were always nice in our contact, the apartment owner was horrible. We booked an apartment for a night, but when we arrived in Split, the owner had us wait for over an hour before sending her representative to meet us. They seemed completely unprepared for our arrival and seemed not to have my name on record. Then her "representative" took us to a ground floor, unmarked hotel room, with no kitchen facilities and no view, when we had specifically chosen an apartment with a sea view and access to a terrace. Fortunately I negotiated down the price, but it was all in all a stressful experience that left a bad feeling throughout our two days in Split. I do not recommend apartment number 071.

We stayed in Split from July 12-14th and the apartment was newly renovated and very clean. It included all the amenities and was located in the center of the Old Town and a walking distance from the marina/bus station. The owner was very nice and available for any questions.
We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Our host and the apartment were truly wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble - not even getting up at 4am to collect us from the bus station to drive us to the apartment at no extra cost. The apartment was spotless and beautifully put together. Prime location - 5 minutes from teh beach and 5 minutes from the old town. Just what we wanted.

We were enjoying sunny Split in July. And have to say we were having great time.
We stayed in apartment #170 which was very centrally located. Room was fine, clean and with air con; enough space for 2 adults. someone could complain about the music coming from cafe Gaga, but for us it was no issue.

I found the apartment top be very clean and of a very high standard. O would certainly use this apartment again if I was to return to Split.

A group of 8 of us stayed at this central Split apartment in mid-July - and we all recommend it! It is clean, perfectly located in the middle of Split's historical centre and 3 minutes from the waterfront. The managers are helpful and accommodating.

With free wireless internet, kitchens with all the equipment you need in a holiday apartment (ice cube trays) and air conditioning that works well, we'd all give this at least 9 out of 10!

We stayed in Stonehouse (8 bedded) and it was brilliant. We could not fault it. The rooms were lovely and the communal area was spacious. The air conditioning was brilliant and the apartment was very convenient to the beach and waterfront.
The people who owned the apartment were also very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags in the apartment on arrival and departure to suit our flights.
Would recommend these apartments!!

We were 7 friends travelling together, and this apartment was perfect for our porpouse! With 3 nice bedrooms and a double extra bed in the livingroom we all slept well! Nice kitchen and lovely bathrooms. Everything was clean and new, and communication with the owner was no problem! Reccomended!

Good location with an easy walk down to the main area. Nicely updated apartment with all the appliances you would expect. The owner was great and was always on time for the check in/out. The only thing to be careful of is that the apartment is on 2 levels with stairs in between. That would keep me from recommending it to anyone who is elderly or disabled. Otherwise if you are healthy it is a great place to stay!

The rooms were nice with a nice kitchen and plenty of space. We could do laundry. The apartment was well-located, perhaps 1 K from the Palace. The only problem was that the hot water was very small - no showers. Everything else was good.

Just visited Croatia, summer , and we loved how Split Apartment crew took care of us. We have a ride from the airport to the apartment, which was close to the sea.

Our stay at Property 170 was very comfortable and pleasant. Being inside the palace, the apartment location was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable was an extra blanket and maybe a couple of extra pillows. The cleaning of the alley kept us awake for some time in the early morning hours, but that is by no means the fault or problem of the apartment owner. Just not something we were expecting. Anna and Niksa were both wonderful hosts and very helpful and hospitable. We would highly recommend Split Apartment to friends and family who plan to visit and hope to make it back one day soon as well. We loved Split and the rest of Croatia!! A beautiful and fabulous country in countless ways!

we stayed in apartment 028 in Split and it was very good location and the apartment was very comfortable. The owners daughter met us and took us to the apartment which was very kind.
I should mention that the wireless internet did not work at all not matter what we did, so we had to go to a internet cafe and pay for internet access -- not good.
The television reception is so bad you cannot even watch anything - must be corrected.
The curtain rail fell off the wall when we opened the door to the balcony and was put up so badly that we could not put it back.

We were a group of four adults and stayed in this app. for 2 nights. It was perfectly located right in the middle of the D. palace and close to the market place, bakeries and food shop. Still it was very quiet. Very good place for a short stay.

We had booked transport from the airport through Split-apartment, the cost was 40 €, which is slightly less than what we payed for a taxi when going back. Sanja met us and showed us the way to the app. She lives downstairs so it was easy to ask her if we had any questions.

The great service offered by split-apartment was shown already before that we had arrived by Niksa who quickly answered to multiple e-mails when confusion had struck.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. We did have a few issues with the man owning the apartment, but after a call to Niksa he was with us in person after 5 minutes. He resolved everything quickly and took us out for a beer where we had a very enjoyable talk about life and beyond.

I would love to see Split again, and I definately recommend Niksa's services to anyone.

Stocked with everything needed for short vacation or longer term living,
comfy furniture, and more than enough space, it was bright, cheery,
and the backyard patio, grill, and garden area were perfect for relaxing!
Great location, very close to the Riva and walkable to shopping, markets,
and the ferries. Large place, two bathrooms, everything worked perfectly,
and as owners, the Perhats were welcoming, warm, helpful, and wonderful
people. I heartily recommend staying and will look them up again next time

We stayed in the appartment in Senjska 3, 21000 Split, for four days and loved it a lot. We booked an appartment and got a house

In the apartment every detail has been selected with care. At the same time there is no overload of decoration, it is simple and functional with charme. The house is in the midst of the old town and close to a lot of restaurants, bars and the sea.

The organizational part (booking, payment, keys, airport transfer) worked out very smoothly.

We had a relaxing stay in Split and can only recommend renting an apartment in the town.

We had a FANTASTIC time in split. We were looked after by Niksa and everything was very well communicated. The stone house was exactly what we needed and provided all utilities we needed. Robi also took us to the airport in the morning after a very late phonecall from us. Thanks again for the lovely rooms.

We have mixed feelings about our apartment in Split.
There were comments in the visitor's book at the apartment saying how helpful Niksa and Mirna hd been, but our experience is just the opposite.
We felt that Mirna just wanted to take her money and run!
Even though the day or time might not have been convenient for her, she needs to remember that she is in the business of renting and welcoming visitors to her city.
We had just arrived in a city that we knew nothing about, and an apartment in an area that we knew nothing about. We had no food, and all Mirna told us was that she thought supermarkets were closed on a sunday afternoon, then she was gone!
Either provide more information in a booklet, or be more helpful and welcoming. Examples would be where to get the best coffee, best bread and how to avoid being "ripped off" at the fruit and vegetable market.
We are independent and well travelled, but our Split welcome was one of the worst throughout Italy and Croatia.

We just stayed for 3 night at this Split apartment. We had everything we needed - it was a great location and the apartment was beautiful and we can recommend it without hesitation. Both Kristina the owner and Oliver at the front desk were great and provided us every thing we asked for. If we make it back to Split we will be happy to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-equipped with everything we might need (kitchen supplies, etc) and the owner, Julia, was very nice and helpful. It is in a quiet residential area that is a close walk to one of the best beaches in Split and not too far of a walk from the city centre.

I definitely would recommend staying here!

Location in the old time was excellent. In the heart of the town great apartments, rooms were comfortable and very clean. The owner and the other staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was even possible to order transportation from Split Airport. Everything was great just great!

We had a lovely stay in apartment 170. Centrally located in the Old Town and walking distance to everything. The apartment was a small studio, but more than enough for our weekend away. The kitchenette was a great touch and made eating breakfast and lunch in really easy. The room was well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. A little loud at night with Cafe Gaga blasting music around the corner, so if you are a light sleeper, you may not want such a central location. Very safe location though. Would stay here again any day!
Negatives: Meeting up with the apartment managers to get the key was awful. We told them what time we were coming in and that we were driving from Zadar and they told us where to meet. It took us so long to find parking (another negative) and then the address they left us with that we were late. When we finally arrived 30 minutes later, no one was there to meet us. Easily spent another 30 minutes walking around and calling the numbers provided but getting no answer. Finally got someone on the line who met us and took us to our place. I think all this confusion was easily avoidable if the apartment folks had waited a bit longer for us or had answered their phones.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in 3 of the apartments in Split. Each one was clean & tidy & well maintained. Each apartment has sufficient cooking facilities & the location is excellent. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Split.

The apartment 099 was in a great location and the owner was there to meet us on arrival. All good. The downside was that most of the crockery needed a good wash before use and the aprtment needed a decent clean throughout.
We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Split.Would recommend it.

Split is an amazing city and Niksa and his staff are friendly, attentive and professional.

Unfortunately, Apartment 094 did not meet the same standards.

Its location inside the old city was fabulous for touring, but also came with a price. It is situated directly above a bar, next door to a second bar, across the sidewalk from a third bar and adjacent to a bar patio - all of which not only allow, but promote, smoking. The noise from the establishments' patrons (until 1am on a Saturday night) was one thing, but the cigarette smoke was the real problem. Even with the windows closed, smoke seemed to seep into the room, either from under the door or through the floor/bar ceiling. In warmer weather with the windows open, I can only imagine that it's quite a bit worse.

The bathroom also had some issues with the shower door not holding in water, but instead allowing it to pool on the bathroom floor.

Lots of other reviews have great things to say about Split Apartments, but I would not include unit 094 among them. I would not recommend staying in this unit.

I got a really nice one bedroom near the very center of Split, and it was wonderful. I stayed for a whole month and even got espresso delivered! I highly recommend this company and was very happy with how I was treated.

Apartment 169: Nothing bad to say about the stay in Split. The apartment was cute and clean. Right in the middle of the city center. Niksa went out of his way to meet us late and give us help on finding some cool things around town. All together he was a super welcoming individual with a very high quality, fairly priced agency. Do business with this man!

Advantages of Apartment 158: Very good location (5 min. to walk to old town), well equipped (washing machine, TV with lots of programs, parking place, free WLAN Internet), very nice and helpful owner; disadvantages: construction site next to apartment building (quite noisy), apartment building itsself ugly (from the outside); however, overall good price-quality-relation

I stayed at Property number 169. Perfect location. Clean, neat room. Perfect place if you want to stay there only a few hours every day since it's not overly large. I'll stay there again!

I stayed at this apartment with my girlfriend. It was excellent in every way. We loved the feel and design of the apartment and it was close to everything we wanted to see - the park on the hill and the city center. We even joked about buying the apartment we liked it so much.

We enjoyed our stay enormously - Split is full of wonderful architecture, fascinating history, great restaurants, shops.

Apartment ref 020 is great apartment-fully equipped, great location-close to the beach, great city and most of all great value. No problem recommending it to friends.
