We booked property 108 through this website. The place we stayed was great - clean, tidy, finished to a high standard and in a great location for discovering the city. The guy that owned the apartment was very friendly and laid back. We were made to feel really welcome. He also offered advice of where to eat and drink in Split. We would derfinatly recommend property 108.

The team at Split apartments were also excellent and helpful when we had a slight difficulty when first arriving into Split.

It was at an old-about-to-collapse building, but the apartment on the top floor was really well set.
Very comfortable, very close to the historical center, small kitchen...

A well presented apartment in a relatively quiet part of Split. A short walk into Split centre. Useful parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Myself and my children recently travelled to Split where we spent a week in an apartment just outside the palace. The location was ideal for town and beach and Niksa and Igor could not have been more helpful. A great place to stay and I will be recommending your service to all of my friends!!

Niksa was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment at a great price and on such short notice. Really enjoyed our stay here. If I were going back, I would definitely use this agency again and would recommed it to everyone.

Niksa was amazing at helping me find an apartment (at very late notice) for 3 nights in August. We ended up staying in Apartment Julia which is just outside of town but is very easy to walk in or get a bus. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is a very nice beach which is mainly visited by locals which is really nice.
The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. The owners were very nice and really helped us settle in and helped with things like taxi's etc.
Overall a great stay.

Dear Niksa, we liked the apartment very much, it was nicer than expected from the photos, and the location was fabulous. Our hostess was gracious, lovely. I am sorry that I lost the key and offered to pay her for it, but she refused. We also enjoyed meeting you and our trip from the airport.

Was met on the promenade by Lidia and Nik who led us to the apartment. They were very friendly and helpful. The apartmewnt was in a fantastic location though it was surrounded by cocktail bars, so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. We didn't have any problems there and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is as shown in the photo. It is very comfortable, nice, clean and very well located. Ideal to spend all your time.
Niksa is charming and gives you all the facilities.
We have recommended to our friends. If we return to Split, we will repeat apartment.

Niska was an incredible host and made us feel truly comfortable on our first trip to Croatia. Loved his refrain of "relax, you're on vacation." The apartment was perfect, better than the photos and in a great location. We highly recommend this management team.

This apartment is in the best location in Split and the terrace is fabulous. It is a cute place - and is clean. The owners are generous - they left us about 5 clean towels for the week. Internet was free.

We stayed in Prop. Ref 059 which was a split level one bed apartment. It was very easy walking distance to everything and was a lovely modern apartment. Our host was very friendly and helpful and we found booking through the website very easy and convenient. It would be easier to have the option to pay all upfront, not just the deposit though.

Our family stayed in a very centrally located apartment which suited our needs perfectly.
Clean, and right near a fruit and vegetable market, the 3 bedroom apartment served us well. In addition, the owner, Zelico, was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Niksa`s 2 bedroom apartment ( Ap 001 ) for 3 nights... The apartment was great - very clean and well equiped. And location absolutely fantastic - 10 mins to the beach, 2 mins to the supermarket and few lovely bars. Also a walking distance from the center...

The owner (Mario) was extremely friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Mario provided us with helpful recommendations of where to eat and what to do in Split. Our apartment had all that we needed - double bed, fridge and freezer, air-con, free wifi(!!) and close proximity to the old town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Split.

We spent 7 nights in a nice apartment with very friendly and helpful host Igor. The location was perfect: calm neighbourhood, short walk to everything. Apartment is brand new, very well designed and decorated. We missed only Internet. And special thanks for guys from agency who recommended it for us. Everything went well - from booking and payment, sending us information and then meeting with Igor. Thank you, guys, for our lovely vacation.

We rented the flat for 2 nights and were really happy about it!
the only 2 downpoint are:
* located on the first floor, over busy cafes, therefore tends to be noisy in the evening when people are our havign drinks on the terrasse ... although that' part of the charm of the place, and the whole point when staying in teh old town.
* Although the street was easy to find, finding No 4 is not as it holds no visible sign from the street (and located being and arch at the other end of the square), but that's being extremely picky...
Overall: very much enjoyed the stay, the place was very clean and felt "homely" at the same time. The owners are very friendly and I I would definitively stay there again!

The house is small but very comfortable. Everything is clean and location is increble. There are a spermarket and bakery almost next door. I recomend to stay this house!!!!

I would highly recommend renting apartment Lavanda - Prop. Ref. - 087. The centrally located apartment was beautiful with hardwood, exposed stone walls, modern and extremely clean. The owner, Kristina, was lovely and answered all correspondence promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Split and hope to return.

Everything about working with Niksa was easy and professional. He picked us up at the airport after a VERY long day of flying and was courteous, informative, and helpful. He took us to our "Sunny Split studio," which was comfortable and well-situated. The owner was easy-going, helpful, and friendly. Although we only stayed for one night, it was the perfect introduction to Croatian hospitality.

We stayed in two apartments that Niksa has arranged for us- both were great in terms of location, value and contact with owners who provided us with lots of information.Even the young fellow who drove us back to the airport was good company. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely book through this agency again!

Our host was Igor. What a lovely host. Very clean apartment as it was brand new. Well located and an easy stroll to the palace. A little tight in the bathroom due to the staircase but very nice all the same
Igor gave us a couple of nice tips where to eat local croatian food which turned out really nice and fairly priced.
We will see each other again when we are in Split next time.

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days and found that it was well- equipped, clean and comfortable. Mario, our landlord has his Jewelry shop on the first floor of the building and was always willing to take time from his busy day to address our concerns and answer our questions. At the start we had some difficulties connecting with the Internet. Mario helped us with our problem and after that the Internet was fast and reliable - more so than any other place we stayed in Europe.

I frequently rent at Niksa, his service is extraordinary good and he always finds the right place for me to stay. A real good customer experince.

We rented a 3 room apartment just outside the city centre for ourselves and our two children. The apartment was nice, clean, very spacious with a nice balcony and with all nessesary modern requirements. The town is beautifull, the local beaches are nice and fun and very close to the apartment. We can easily reccomend staying in Niksas apartment.

Comfortable, enough space, well equipped and an excellent location. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They helped carry the luggage up the 4 floors! Then it's just a short stroll to that fantastic waterfront and Diocletian's Palace. Would definitely return.

My friend and I had a lovely time in our sobe in Split. The location was perfect -- right in the heart of the Old City. The apartment was spotless and very charmingly decorated. We stayed for only one night, but if we had stayed longer, we definitely would have made use of all the amenities (refrigerator, stove, dishware, etc.). Fast wireless a HUGE plus.

Having stayed in a few locations throughout Croatia this apartment was by far the best. It was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibley need. The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful and made our stay very memorable. The apartment is so close to the main centre and was a great base to explore the city. I would definately return and book this apartment again.

Dear Niksa we had a very good time in Split and found your one bed apartment to be exactly what we required: well equipped, good location and quiet at night. I think, however, that it would be better if the apartment had twin beds which would allow more flexibility for a variety of guests - they could be pushed together for a double. We would use your agency if we returned to Split as we surely will when we plan our next vacation to explore northern Croatia and Istria. We enjoyed watching the picigini (?)game at the 'Crab' bar you recommended.

We stayed 7 days in Niksa's apartment beside the hospital and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was fantastic. We especially appreciated the airconditioning as the outside temperature was way abobe 30C. Sitting on the balkony in the evenings was very romantic. Niksa supplied us good service, advise and transportation. Such things are of utmost importance when you are in a new place without a car. Dear Niksa, the apartment we rented in Split was very comfortable, functional and superbly positioned for us. The outside of the building can hardly be described as attractive but our little apartment on the side of the building was quaint. Julia Rabadan, the owner, who met us at the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

At very short notice, because of volcanic ash causing airports to close, we spent an extra week staying in Croatia. Through Split Apartment Croatia we rented apartment 27 and loved the central location, the feel of the old city and the old world charm. Apart from the apartment itself, we were really impressed with the great friendly service provided by Nikas and his agency including meeting us at the bus, escorting us to the agency and then the apartment, providing Internet access in the agency, and giving us very helpful assistance with local attractions, restaurants, menu choices and Croatian culture as our time in Split got extended. Niksa found us a lovely apartment in a 200-year old house in the beautiful old town.
Irina, the owner, had made it very homely and for €65 per night it was a great deal.
Niksa was very friendly and a bit of a historian too for anyone interested in this gorgeous country.

We were staying In Apartment 002 for 3 nights with our two children and were very pleased and satisfied with the apartment and the location, a beautiful walk to the city center, 60 EUR for a 2 bedroom spacious,modern apartment was a good deal.

We had a two bedroom apartment for three nights. My wife and I and our two children had a wonderful and memorable experience.

Arriving in Split late on a Saturday night, the room we rented via this site were very pleasant. Internet was free of charge and quick .. would recommend
